Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyse information, evaluate problem, perform system analysis and design 
  • Work closely with application programmers to devlop the system 
  • Identifiy business and technical risk to ensure test plan to meet the requirements. 
  • Executes test cases, captures and facilitates resolution of idenfified defects 
  • Provide support on UAT, conduct presentations and provide user training 
  • Provide support to application systems including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries 
  • Monitor the performance of outsourced vendors 

Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder of above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline 
  • At least 2-3 years or above technical experience in logistics systems (Air and Sea,Warehouse Management, Trucking) with SDLC exposure 
  • Experience in using Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio 
  • Experience in development on Oracle, MS-SQL, and MySQL 
  • Knowledge of EDI development tools (Microsoft BizTalk, IBM® SterlingGentran) and message standards (EDIFACT, X12) is a plus 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good spoken and written English and Mandarin 
  • Willing to travel
