BD Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager
Keyteo is looking for a BD Manager / Account Manager to develop its portfolio:
Work with the Managing Director to execute the business strategy and the business plan
Prospect major local accounts in Hong Kong and gather consultancy requirements
Build the portfolio through the development of close relationships with clients
Hire and coordinate a team of specialized consultants
Interview candidates and recruit new employees
Prepare technical / functional / HR interviews with candidates (Coaching)
Write management proposals and maintain close contracts directly with customers
Manage partnerships with software vendors (mainly of financial and banking applications; e.g., Murex, Temenos, Avaloq, Fundtech, Swift...)
Manage the practice’s growth with current but also new customers
Negotiate price grids and master agreements in order to be listed as preferred suppliers
Follow up existing customers Our Ideal Candidate Will
Have 2+ years of experience in consulting, or any other analytical role within a rapidly growing organization.
Must be fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin to assure smooth communication with Keyteo teams around the world, local technical experts and clients. French speaking would be an important differentiator
Have significant experience in a customer facing role and account management. An experience in a tech ecosystem or environment would be a plus.
Be entrepreneurial, independent, keen to business networking with people from all walks of life and love building things from scratch.
Understand and build great relationships with technical customers.
Have ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
