Responsibilities: - Handle and co-ordinate all types of retail bank related property projects focus on air conditioning, branding image enhancement, branch renovation, branch relocation, new premises fitting-out, etc. projects in Hong Kong. - Coordinate with different in-house departments and accountable for project delivery.
Perform facility management tasks of the Bank's premises including office and branches
Prepare detailed technical specifications and working drawings for tendering purpose
Lead the technician team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance and closely monitor their work progress
Handle air-conditioning system maintenance and repairing works
Prepare facility management reports and annual maintenance budget
Assist in updating the operations manual in response to changes of the Bank's internal guidelines as well as regulatory requirements
Take up ad hoc projects as assigned
Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, during which 1 year is at supervisory level
Self-motivated and independent with service mindset
Strong people and project management skills
Sound knowledge of HK Building Ordinances Proficiency in MS Office Software and AutoCAD System

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
