Audit Manger - SME and private entities Job Duties: Deliver quality audit and other assurance services for clients Prepare audit strategy and business plans, setting and monitoring budgets, scheduling audits and manpower planning Develop effective business relationships with clients Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members and assess their performance for engagements and periodic reviews Requirement: Qualified accountant and with at least 7 years’ audit experience in local CPA firm Solid client engagement with SME and private entities; Familiar with SME financial reporting and standards Possess strong client relationship/client management skills Capable of training, coaching and developing staff Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluent in Putonghua is an advantage Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willing to business travel if needed

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
