Our client is a global Luxury Retail Brand, currently seeking for an assistant project manager to join their store planning team based in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities
  • Managing the design and construction process for stores in the China region
  • Executing brand specifications and work plans delivered from Headquarter
  • Responsible for CAPEX and budget management, budget preparation, negotiations, tender process
  • Creatingand monitoring schedules for multiple projects in different countrieswithin set budgets and time frames
  • Working closely with Store Project Manager


Requirements
  • University degree in Architectural studies or equivalent qualification
  • Min. 5 years of post-graduate working experience preferably in project management
  • Knowledge of luxury space is an advantage
  • The ideal candidate should have prior project experience in China
  • Proven tracking record and knowledge with project planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English. Italian and French would be a plus but not essential
  • More experience could be considered as a Store Project Manager
