Job Description

    Retail Marketing:
  • Follow Brand HQs guideline and timeline on events and product launches, and plan retail marketing activities for the year in Macau

  • Propose and implement effective in-store events and promotions in each corporate and wholesale store according to seasonality

  • Meet with landlords marketing team regularly to maximize brands exposure on properties and digital channels

  • Initiate conversation with landlords marketing team for any potential collaborations with shopping malls, hotels, F&B and casino

  • Identify and secure pop-up and exhibition locations for the Brand

  • Engage with any digital channel in Macau and China, with a target audience planning a visit to Macau to drive footfall to stores

  • Plan and develop GWP for corporate stores and individual retailers to increase conversion rate

  • Organize monthly calendar and communicate to stores on a timely manner for manpower and operation arrangement

  • Collect end customers feedbacks and competitors latest marketing activities information

  • Conduct research in the market, and propose new ideas to increase the digital/tech interactions with end-consumers during an event

  • Negotiate with production agencies and suppliers for the best price

  • Coordinate with logistics teams on marketing-related materials shipment

  • Visual Merchandising:
  • Make regular market visits to ensure all visual displays and outdoor billboards are in line with brands standard

  • Develop product planogram for each location according to customers profile and accommodating in-store promotions and new product launch

  • Coordinate with the Brand HQ and suppliers to arrange appropriate visuals and POS materials for all point of sales on a timely manner

  • Propose new POS materials to enhance brand image and facilitate communications to end consumers

  • CRM:
  • Propose action plans to increase the Brands VIC database in Macau

  • Develop gift giveaway program to encourage repeat visit and purchase in corporate stores

  • Plan both public and private events for potential and existing VICs to enhance their brand loyalty

  • Lead communications on WeChat and leverage this channel to maximize interactions with VIC

  • Others:
  • Prepare regular marketing reports; ROI, events evaluation and VIC data, and report to Vice President

  • Control the spending of marketing budget, and maintain proper record

  • Attend meetings organized by HQ marketing team and visit other markets for insights

  • Issue marketing-related POs to relevant parties

  • Identify other channels (print, digital, KOL and OOH) in Macau to deliver effective advertisement and PR coverage

  • Co-ordinate on market investigation programs regarding retailers discount consumer control and parallel watch market

  • Always ready to accept additional responsibilities and able to deal with multi-tasks by offering professional support when required

Requirements :
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing field

  • Post-Secondary Education / Degree in related discipline preferred

  • Creative , Business savvy,

  • Good organization and communication skills

  • Detailed oriented with good analytical skills

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written
