Assistant Product Manager: 

Job Description:

Execute product strategies for consumer electronic products.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to road map, execute and launch products.

 Draft product requirements documents.

 Regular communication with Product Engineering to merge the needs of the market with

technical feasibility and availability.

 Execute the Go-To-Market plan including the localization requirements such as packaging

design, regional specification requirements, regional strategy and communication to cross

functional teams global, including the 4 P’s - Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement.

 Work closely with sales and marketing team to drive the execution of promotional materials

and assets to launch and sustain the product line, including in-store merchandising,

interactive, public relations, social media, and demand generation.

 Develop an understanding of global supply chain, regional demand planning, sell-in, sell-

out, sell through, and end-of-life.

 Recommend long-term barriers-to-entry against competitors in a highly-competitive

marketplace.

 Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Required Skills:

 Technically savvy with a high level of interest and awareness in consumer electronics.

 Capability to create a competitive roadmap that drives market share growth and profitability

in a commoditized market.

 An energetic individual who has demonstrated an ability to energize others when presented

with difficult goals and objectives.

Education And Experience Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.

 2-3 years of international work experience within the consumer electronics industry  or

similar field.

 Domestic and international travel may be required.

 Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and

fast changing marketplace

 Excellent oral and written communications with good presentation skills in English.

 Proactive and service orientated with a "can do" attitude.

 Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is must.
