To be part of our mission, we are looking for an Assistant Manager Application Development to
  • Lead Chatbot, Livechat and Social Channels related projects
  • Passionate technologist with entrepreneur mindset
  • Familiar with Agile / Scrum or PMP certified

You will create impact via
  • Delivers and executes effective knowledge content management, NLP training and bot dialog flow design
  • Work closely with different departments to improve the quality and evaluate the effectiveness of the contact center applications
  • Make recommendations for improvement and implement new initiatives to ensure enhanced performance in all customer touch point
  • Coordinates resources to effectively ensure successful execution of the project plan and deliver a quality project
  • Manage issues and risks actively; escalating and driving for resolution
  • Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process
  • Willing to travel to Guangzhou

The follow attributes will be valued
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Machine Learning or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience on omni-channels application development including Chatbot, Livechat and Social Channels is desired
  • Proven experience in managing projects with ability to multitask and manage multiple medium to large projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Detailed knowledge of the following disciplines: project management, application development management, infrastructure development management, vendor management
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and with relationship management experience and skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff and to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; expertise in setting and managing user expectations
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
  • Ability to coach, motivate and develop others
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to achieve aggressive project targets
  • Knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and regulatory requirement is an advantage
