Our client, a tertiary institution is seeking for an Assistant Executive Officer to join their insurance unit.

Job Descriptions:
  • Provide administrative support for insurance matters including insurance enrolment, payment and claims handling
  • Liaise with and handle enquiries from internal departments, students, brokers, external organisations and other stakeholders on matters related to insurance and other campus-wide
    facilities
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of records on insurance and other campus-wide facilities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and her delegates


Job Requirements:
  • Degree with at least two years relevant experience; preferably gained from tertiary institutions or public organisations
  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantages
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
