Main Duties:
  • Provide quality and professional administrative and word processing support to finance and accounting professionals by handling of financial statements and reports, maintaining file systems, coordinating schedule for meeting, as well as other ad hoc clerical duties.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent with basic accounting knowledge an advantage
  • Ideally 5-8 years of administrative experience preferable
  • Self-motivated, diligent and cooperative team player
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – in particular Microsoft Word and Chinese word processing
  • Proficiency in other PC applications, such as MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration Assistant
