Job summary:
The Regional Sales Controller is instrumental in increasing the efficiency of our clients sales organization in Asia. This role requires close coordination between the Vice President Asia and the Managing Director of currently seven Asian entities.
The objective is to measure all stages of a sales process through CRM Sales Force to provide the management relevant KPIs and analysis, enabling them to effectively manage their sales organizations and marketing activities.
  • Acting campaign administrator
  • Ensuring all campaigns in Asia are reflected in SF and tracked;
  • Measuring the outcome of campaigns;
  • Calculating the cost / benefit of campaigns and make recommendations to the management;

  • Monitoring and reporting throughout Asia
    • customer visits per country, region and individual sales people;
    • sales lead generation;
    • sales pipelines;
  • Analyzing the efficiency of sales units and making recommendations to the management;
  • Tracking progress of key projects

  • Tracking inventory costs down to locations and product lines;
  • Tracking demo room use, assessing cost benefits and make recommendations to the management;
  • Assisting the local management to increase the turn-rate of demo room inventory;

  • Gross profit analysis;
  • Optimizing distribution price models;
  • Implementing / revising discount structures;

  • Proving Order Entry forecasts based on Sales Pipelines;
  • Advising and assisting CRM users on SF use;
  • Compiling monthly order entry forecasts;
  • Consolidating order entry budgets;

The candidate has a commercial or technical background and experience in a regional sales role and/or sales controller, preferably in a B2B environment and is familiar with Customer Relationship Software. This key-position requires a personality with an analytical mind and an eye for details.
To perform his/her duties international travelling is required (approx. 20%).

  • Bachelor Degree;
  • At least five years working experience in a Multi-National Corporation in Asia;
  • Advanced CRM, Excel and Power Point user;
