  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive the sales performance for travel retail business in Asia region
  • Design and implement commission & incentive scheme for the sales team and motivate the team to achieve business targets
  • Provide training and field coaching to ensure the sales team provide excellent customer services according to the brand guidelines & standards
  • Conduct regular store visit to ensure the store operations, such as instore visual & display, planograms and launch materials at counters, are set-up timely and align with brand guidelines
  • Monitor inventory and stock level with focus on novelties, aging stock and GWP; ensure sufficient stocks for all sales & marketing promotion activities
  • Assist in manpower planning and hiring process for new beauty advisors
  • Assist in new store set up / renovation projects

  • Bachelor in Business Development or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years travel retail sales & operation experience gained from luxury beauty / fashion industry
  • Experience in managing travel retail business partners and familiar with the P&C markets
  • Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
  • Independent with strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal & external parties
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Travel is required
