Creating from process sequences, time studies and tool layouts with using from CAD or EXEL
Investigation of the feasibility by means of support for CAD System SolidWorks in 3D and 2D
Development of special tool solutions
Selection from clamping devices for machining process
Selecting of tools and clamping devices with the subcontractors and tool department. Requesting supplier offers
Creating of bidding documents
Very good technical knowledge in machining processes, at soft and hard turning, drilling, hard turning and grinding in serial processes, as well as for the area of workpiece and tool clamping
Experience in working with CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks and AutoCAD for creating customer- specific documentation
Analytical ability capabilities for troubleshooting of complex processes
High technical understanding of complex production machining tasks
Experience in dealing with sales, design and project management
High good communication skills
Good knowledge of English in written and spoken
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, machinery and related discipline
At least 3 years working experiences in tools and clamping devices designing

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
