Our client, a global market leader ofworldwide delivery services around the world is now hiringan Admin Assistant to support their daily operation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to manager and team
  • Handle office administration
  • Prepare reports and presentation
  • Collect and prepare information for meeting
  • Ad hoc tasks


Requirements
  • Form 6 or above
  • Preferably 2 years secretarial and administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office including excel (vlook up, pivot table, Macro), Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese
