Our client, the second largest container terminal operator in Hong Kong is hiring an Admin Officer to support their daily operation. Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Company drivers and manage service level and schedule
  • Responsible for Company cars’ cleaning and maintenance services
  • Monitor and ensure Company bus and shuttle bus services are up to agreed standard
  • Monitor a small team of Office Assistant to provide office admin services such as courier, meeting room setup, office consumables & asset, etc.
  • Coordinate with service provider and internal staff for instant service updates and follow up actions
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration/ Property Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of vehicle license and maintenance arrangements in HK & PRC
  • Knowledge of meeting room AV / PA system is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer oriented
