Our client,a Japanese multinational consumer electronics and video game company is seeking an Admin Assistant to support their daily operation.

Receptionist duty:
  • Open door
  • Handle the visitor
  • Serve Tea
  • Meeting room management (booking, maintenance)
  • Handle all phone call
  • Handle and prepare Stamp, postage, courier and shipment


Admin duty:
  • Distilled water ordering
  • Office maintenance (renovation, furniture)
  • Handle telecommunication
  • Handle printer (meter, toner)
  • Manage and order stationery
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Name card ordering
  • Flight and Hotel booking
  • Liaise with office cleaning vendor (general office, air-con, carpet)
  • Preparing and handling company event, lucky draw
  • Assist Japanese expatriates and Directors
  • Ad-hoc task (assist data entry, marketing material preparation)


Requirement:
  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • 1-2year(s) solid experience in Administration field
  • Work experience in Japanese Company is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken in Japanese (JLPT N1), English and Mandarin
  • Good time management, able to work under pressure and work independent
  • Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit
  • Willing to work over-time / during holiday if required.
