Job Description :

Job Duties:
Handle partial set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory & admin. The incumbent will perform the following:
• Bank reconciliation
• GST reconciliation and submission
• Monthly stock take
• Inter-company billing and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
• Tracking of fixed Assets
• AR/AP payments, petty cash
• Auditor schedules
• Accounts data entries
• Day to day accounting operation
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager
(1)對公司全年財務按時間段進行預算規劃與成本管理;
(2)跟進、處理日常銀行和集團內部公司賬目;
(3)處理日常應收應付款,匯制會計報表;
(4)處理公司日常員工報銷,財務諮詢問題;
(5)統計公司固定資產,定期進行資產管理核對;
(6)定期對經銷商佣金帳戶進行管理,及時處理年度報稅;
(7)對所有相關財務資料與數據進行歸檔、整理;
(8)日常其他會計工作輔助。

Job Requirement:
• Knowledge of Navision Accounting System, MS Word and Excel
• Diploma in Accounting /LCCI or equivalent
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
• Good initiative and a team player
• Meticulous, detailed and good organisation skill
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts)
• Able to work on weekend to support Company Events upon request

Working Hours:
10am - 7pm (MON-FRI);
Annual Leave starts from 14 days.
Discretionary Bonus, Monthly Incentive is offered.
