Job Description :

Responsibilities:
  • Handle payroll data entry
  • Handle account payable routine including answering enquiries regarding disbursement, coordinating with other countries on the payment status and requests
  • Handle account receivable including issuing monthly invoices to customers, follow up invoice enquires, monitoring outstanding invoices settlement progress
  • Issue cheque payment
  • Assist in monthly accounts closing
  • Handle other ad hoc duties


Requirements:
  • Graduate of Higher Diploma in Accountancy
  • At least 1 year accounting experience; preferable in payroll experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Stable with positive attitude
