The Company Our client is a US-listed medical trading company who is urgently seeking an experienced Accountant with strong accounting skills to join the team. The role will involve managing books for both Hong Kong and PRC. It is an extendable contract with a view to permanency. The right candidate will start immediately.
Maintaining the purchase ledger & sales ledger
Banks - Processing payments & bank reconciliations
Preparation of weekly flash reports for head office
Assisting Group Accountant with month-end management accounts preparation
Assisting Group Accountant with year-end audit
Support Singapore accounts team
General financial administrative support to local team and head office
Degree in Accounting
At least 3-4 years of experience is preferable
Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Detail-oriented, good analytical and communications skills
Team player and Able to work under pressure
Proficient in Word, Excel
Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Immediately available to start work

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
