Responsible for sales activities and long term relationship management for specified accounts
Achieve sales targets and close business on an ongoing basis to meet booking objectives
Develop sales leads through building and managing customer relationships within the new and existing customer base
Manage existing customers to promote OBS jobs opportunity
Develop businesses opportunities through personal selling to targeted existing and new accounts and participate in sales capture teams on targeted projects, to maximize the company's market penetration and value capture in the organisation's Building Solutions business
Aggressively deploy new OBS offering
Identify competitors and customers' activities in the market place and their strengths, weaknesses and business strategies, to develop and implement the effective strategies
Work with management team to establish the development of financial targets, market trends, growth strategies and product development roadmaps including necessary tools and processes
Work closely with Operations Team to develop solutions that present value to customers and to cope with the actual market needs on a long-term base
Understand key processes and economic drivers in order to develop valued customer partnership in control and business solutions. Be the champion of sales processes and disciplines
Sales of service products to Industrial Accounts ranging from software support to life cycle asset management programs
Accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance
Degree in Building Service / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline
Min 3 yrs on managing existing key accounts / customers / software selling
Proven track record in selling software solutions
Good Knowledge on automation & control applications and IT system knowledge
Well developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
Good interpersonal and presentation skill
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Self-motivated and have ability to work independently

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
