Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Account Manager provides all aspects of support in the delivery of employment screening and due diligence services to the client. The Account Manager will be responsible for liaising with the client’s management team on a daily basis.

Essential Functions Include:

  1. Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

  2. Ensure all employment screening and due diligence services are conducted in a timely and professional manner and aligned with Pinkerton’s Service Delivery Standards.

  3. Assist Director with on-going client service calls.

  4. Address client questions and/or concerns quickly and effectively.

  5. Communicate employee performance concerns and/or project status updates to the Director.

  6. Oversee and coordinate scheduling of the security consultants, employees, and contractors.

  7. Create, direct, and provide support to the client’s corporate employment screening function.

  8. Develop collaborative partnerships with the client’s Human Resources, Risk Management, and Legal departments.

  9. Facilitate common implementation of best practices in combination with continuous process improvements.

  10. Work closely with management to ensure that compliance-related matters are resolved and/or managed appropriately to conclusion.

  11. All other duties, as assigned.


Bachelor’s degree with three years of account management and/or employment screening experience. Bi-lingual skills; English and Cantonese (written and spoken) required. Mandarin, preferred.
