Our client is a leading insurance company looking for a customer service representative to join their team.
description of job:
  • Handling agents/customers' enquiries about voluntary health plan products or other designated plans through a dedicated hotline
  • Ensure accurate and compliant completion of requirements within preset timeframes and achieve good quality standards
  • Work closely with other departments
  • Temporary tasks to assist the superior assignment
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm / 10 am to 7 pm
  • Good performance and long-term opportunities

Experience and qualifications:
  • Higher Diploma or above, with 1 - 2 years customer service experience is preferred
  • Welcome students who have just graduated to apply

Knowledge / Skills:
  • Excellent service attitude and fulfilling the promise to customers
  • Good Cantonese, basic English communication (including speaking and writing)
  • Mature, patient, pleasant personality and good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, flexible, responsible, able to work under pressure
  • Fast learning, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiar with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of personal wealth management products is better
