Job Description
  • Overseeing and maintaining VIP member base of loyalty program
  • Building & maintaining good relationships with members and tenants
  • Updated on new merchandises and experiences available
  • Coordinating promotional events/CRM initiatives for enhancing loyalty program
  • Preparing reports on members’ behavioral and spending patterns for engaging with members and promoting
  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality, CRM or customer services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications
  • A natural at building relationships and trained in dealing with luxury clients
  • An up-to-date client book of high net-worth individuals is a plus
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to work in non-office working hours occasionally
