Leverage business relationships well with internal stakeholders, recruitment vendors and peers to achieve business goals on staffing, retention, and UPS value reinforcement
Manage with professionalism on workforce planning and recruiting to ensure hiring needs are met timely with requisition needs filled with quality
Evaluate recruiting and interviewing processes through compiling reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
Monitor employment processing to ensure its compliance to company standards
Deliver with high quality reports on staffing updates for management review
Provide assistance and advice on key HR accountabilities, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management
