Direct UI/UX at multiple points of the product's timeline
Deliver on a user experience vision, together with a plan for the product's evolution that includes interactive updates, establish guidelines that serves as a foundation for creating cohesive experiences
Research and design thinking skills across a variety of environments to challenge the status and help translate business challenges into innovative outcomes and digital solutions
Taking research insights and turning them into service and design output, communicated in compelling ways using personas, storyboards, experience maps, service-design blueprints, sketches, wireframes and prototypes
Create prototypes that can be rapidly shared with clients or customers
Work closely with engineering as your project is being developed, delivering any necessary annotations/design specifications
Bachelor degree in Design / Web Design / Multimedia Design or related disciplines
Proficient with tools like inVision, Zeplin tool for wire-framing
Knowledge of UX Design principles, strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming, SOLID principles and Design Patterns
Good understanding of cryptocurrency issues and approaches
Ability to work independently, problem solving, drive projects and be pro-active
Experience of working with multi location teams would be an advantage
Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
