About the Role
Perform on-site technical support such as repairing, installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and service training for diagnostics equipment
Provide technical training to clients
Develop customer relationship by resolving customer technical problems and explain any further actions that needs to be taken
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in Biomedical/Medical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years' field servicing experience, ideally with hands-on experience servicing diagnostics devices
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server, XP, 2000 and NT installation
Fundamental knowledge in computer interface and remote diagnostics
Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
