Job Description
  • Establish a healthy relationship with the customers by ensuring that the services are delivered at the agreed level
  • Understand the customers’ business requirements and act as governance across all services for service management, incident and change management
  • Organise, prepare and present periodic Management Reports to Customers during meetings
  • Familiar with the Incident and Change procedures and proactively involves in Incident and Change Management activities
  • Conduct Continuously Improvement Process through customer satisfaction surveys as feedback to make improvements to the services
  • Ability to explain periodic security posture reports to the Customers and provide recommendations
  • Build a healthy relationship with all stakeholders, including Management, Operations and Customers to achieve a collaborative approach to deliver quality services
  • Review handover of deployed services by the provisioning team to operations to ensure that there is closure or follow-up to outstanding issues
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent; Other qualification with more years of experience may be consider
  • Experience in IT outsourcing environment would be an advantage
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure operations / technical delivery service management
  • Knowledge and experience of Data Centre facility, operation management and Information Security management with ITIL concepts, in particular for Service Delivery Management is preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO20000 standard requirement
  • Familiar with Asset Management (experience with tools/process)
  • Skilled in managing a team with various technical skills and background
