To cope with the expanding businesses, the company is looking for a Senior Corporate Sales to join the team to further develop the Hong Kong market.
About the Role Reporting to the Country Manager, this is a hands-on role. You will achieve company sales target by establishing good relationship with existing and potential corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will include preparing sales proposal and presentation, acquiring new business, contract renewal and upselling. It is important that you understand the clients' training needs and communicate effectively with related parties to ensure quality deliverables and customers satisfaction.
Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in consultative selling to B2B clients
Training or solution sales experience is highly preferred
Prior experience in dealing with clients' HR or Talent Development Department or top management is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Result oriented and good team player
Complete fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin is essential

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
