About the Role Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager based in Hong Kong, you will review and validate the food safety and quality system by analysing inspection results and trends in operations. You will also monitor 3rd party audit, surveillance program and pest control program. In addition, you will provide root cause analysis of complaints and provide continuous improvement plan. Last but not least, you will provide regular training and technical support to ensure compliance with QA standards.
About the Candidate
University graduate in Biology, or Food Science or relative disciplines
6-8 years' relevant work experience in food retail or catering business
Good communication and interpersonal skill, outgoing personality, problem solving skill
Complete fluency in English and Chinese

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
