About the Role Reporting to the Senior C&B Manager, you will be responsible for handling payroll across all APAC countries and ensure that payroll cycles and deadlines at multiple locations are adhered to by all parties involved in the payroll cycle. You will also keep abreast with payroll regulatory changes in APAC countries and ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations.
About the Person
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Studies and other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of regional C&B / Payroll experience, preferably gained from sizable organizations
Experience in payroll administration and compensation & benefits is a must
Experience in regional payroll HR system / Payroll system migration is preferred
Proactive, energetic and can work under pressure
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
