To cope with their fast-growing use of digital platforms as promotion tools and communication channels, the company is looking for a high calibre candidate to join the Customer Experience Management team.
About the Role Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience Management, you will plan and execute customer experiences and promotion campaigns on digital platform including customer website and mobile apps as well as market research and data analytics. You are expected to explore new and effective online or offline channels to enhance connection between the company and different stakeholders. It is important that you will monitor market intelligence, conduct business analysis, research and survey and leverage data for business insights and generate more business from digital platforms. Moreover, you are also expected to develop related communication collaterals.
About the Candidate
Degree holder with at least 3 years of marketing and project management experience in FMCG, Retail or Consumer Technology companies
Solid experience in market research and product development
Detail-oriented, with strong business acumen and technological savvy
Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
