About the Role
Reporting to the Director and leading a team of 3, you will be responsible in leading the brand experience within the retail domain and product marketing experience with proven ability to develop and execute retail marketing strategies. As an individual, you will outline the future store experience and develop their road map through implementing creative and effective instore campaigns. Working with cross team, you are required to focus on customer retention and acquisition through marketing campaigns, social engagement and events partnership to maximise customer engagement to achieve business targets. Lastly, you will work closely with the marketing agency and centre on the successful implementation of the approved online and offline marketing activity.
