About the Role Reporting to the Business Director and leading a able Product Development team in Panyu, China, you will be responsible for overall strategic planning in product development. Specific responsibilities will include supervising the team on different design, product and sample development projects, formulating product development plan to match with customers' needs and seasonal trend as well as attending jewellery exhibitions, communicate with overseas customers to actualize theirs needs into products.
About the Candidate Suitable candidates will be: - Degree holder in Design or related disciplines with at least 6 years of jewellery or related product design and development experience - Good understanding of the jewellery industry and market trend - Proven track record of strong and creative design - Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Jewel Cad, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, etc - Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skill - Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
