About the Role Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will have responsibility for the full spectrum of HR and administrative activities. This includes providing a proactive and high-quality HR service focusing on recruitment, employee relations & performance evaluation, benefits and training & development. In addition, you will provide comprehensive HR advice and support to the businesses on a day-to-day basis.
About the Person
University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 3 years of related experience preferably from retail industry
Solid hands-on experience in handling frontline staff payroll and commission calculation would be a definite bonus
Good knowledge in labour law & taxation in Hong Kong
Proficient in MS Office applications, advanced level in MS Excel is an advantage
Good command of English and Mandarin
Organized, independent and mature with excellent interpersonal skills
Immediate available is preferred

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
