The Security & Business Continuity Manager is accountable for all elements of the Corporate Security and Business Continuity (BC) programs at all China-based corporate client locations. The Manager provides subject matter expertise to other company sites within the APAC, as needed.

The Essential Functions Include:
1.Represent Pinkerton core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
2.Ensure the corporate sites meet the corporate security standards.
3.Drive the corporate security and BC programs within China; a.Build working relationships with security industry peer groups, security services, security integrator vendors, law enforcement, and internal customers including Facilities Management, Business Continuity, and Corporate Safety teams.
4.Support BIAs and leading tabletop exercises.
5.Conduct security and BC audits and inspections.
6.Provide security and BC consulting to local business teams.
7.Investigate reports of thefts/breaches and fraud within the cluster or APAC, as required.
8.Develop plans to mitigate any gaps in the security controls.
9.Manage the guarding and access control programs.
10.Develop crisis response plans and coordinate the installation/maintenance of the physical security system.
11.Provide expertise to support the development of business continuity plans.
12.Identify and implement program improvements.
13.Assist in the management of the enterprise BC program.
14.Perform BC plan reviews and create/maintain budgets.
15.Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the guard force.
16.Support security design and operations at new facilities.
17.Complete detailed work orders and reports.
18.All other duties, as assigned.
-MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS

•Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Must be willing to participate in the Company pre-employment screening process, which may include drug testing and background investigation.
•Must meet the country age of majority requirement.
•Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
•Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
•Must have the legal right to work in China.
•Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Master Degree (or higher) in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent education or experience. Ten or more years of implementation and enterprise BC program management experience, preferred.Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Cantonese, preferred and Taiwanese is a plus.
•Business continuity and disaster recovery experience.
•Global corporate security experience.
•Writing and publishing security standards experience.
•Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Cantonese, preferred and Taiwanese is a plus.
•CFE or CPP, PDP,CISSP, or similar certification, preferred.
•Collection and analysis of threat intelligence experience, preferred.
•Black Hat Physical Penetration Testing experience, preferred.
•Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and components.
•Skilled in developing metrics and in conducting security related trend analysis.
•Understanding of international relationship building and development of cross-functional/peer relationships.
•High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
•Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills within all levels within the enterprise,
•Familiarity with BC standards (e.g., ISO/BS 25999, 22301, etc.)
•Understanding of crisis operations, risk management, and crisis communication.
•Able to manage daily tactical operations and participate in development of strategic program plans.
