About our Client Our client is a renowned conglomerate with sound presence in the hospitality industry. In order to cope with their expansion plans across Hong Kong and the Greater China region, they would like to invite a Rooms Division Manager to join their pre-opening team of a new luxury hospitality project in Hong Kong.
About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible in managing daily rooms operations for elevated guest experience by ensuring a smooth operation for front office, guest services and housekeeping departments. You will participate in budget development and oversight, manage daily revenue and expenses to minimize loss and maximize profit as well as manage and lead your department by motivating, empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle.
The Successful Applicant
Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Hospitality and/or Tourism related discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Rooms Division Manger within a 5-star hotel
Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proactive, result-driven and aims to deliver high quality standards in a fast pace luxury environment with customer-centric attitude

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
