Our client is a global manufacturer of lighting equipment. They are known for their advanced technology and unique market position in their product category. Due to business expansion, they have newly created a Regional Sales Manager position to drive business in Asia Pacific.
Reporting to the Head of Sales in the region, this is a critical and hands-on position in developing strategies and cultivating business opportunities in Asia. You will be fully responsible for developing and managing dealers, consultants, partners and customers in the region. You will work closely with internal and external parties to ensure projects and requests from customers are completed timely with good qualities. You will be involved in marketing activities to further enhance their brand awareness in new markets in Asia.
Degree holder in electronic engineering or related discipline
7+ years experience in regional dealership management in electronic and electrical system/ control related industry
Knowledgeable in audio/visual/lighting products in entertainment industry would be an advantage
Self-motivated and diligent, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required
Travel is required

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
