To cope with the expanding business in the Asia Pacific Region, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the Regional Sales team as a Sales Administration Officer.
About the Role Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the E-commerce Director, you will liaise with sales and supply chain colleagues and assist on the daily sales operations. You will be responsible for order management/forecasting and conduct sales data analysis and prepare sales reports. You will communicate with customers on queries, delivery schedules and payments. You are responsible for posting samples and product brochures to customers as well as supporting sales related activities when necessary.
About the Candidate
Form 7 or above with at least 2 years of sales and logistics support experience
Solid experience in Oracle ERP system is highly preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills, responsible and well-organized
Good team player and strong multi-task ability
Familiar with MS Office applications
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
