To cope with the expanding business in the Asia Pacific Region, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the Regional Marketing team.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating all product packaging and artwork development in the Asia Pacific Region. You will prepare artworks' translation, artworks redline and proofread of packaging and artworks. You will prepare delivery notes and ensure packaging samples are delivered on time. You will also follow up product samples and artworks print proof, set up artworks directory for the company as well as assist in marketing program execution when necessary.
About the Candidate
Form 7 or above
Able to work great detail and patience is a must
Strong team player, fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign is highly preferred
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Fresh graduate with detail-oriented approach will be considered

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
