6+ years experience in oncology (preferably in solid tumors)
Understanding of and experience in Medical Affairs in an APAC region.
Able to thrive in a matrix environment
Fluency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills
Skills to function in a complex and dynamic environment, including flexibility and ability to negotiate
