Job Description
My client is a multinational medical company with global presence and distributes an extensive portfolio of medical products. They are currently looking for a Regional L&D Manager to plan, develop, and deliver the L&D programs in Asia to achieve the business goal.

  • Responsible for full range of learning and development activities across Asia to align with business goal 
  • Work closely with business heads to identify their training needs 
  • Develop and deliver training programs through different learning channels 
  • Review and analysis the effectiveness of training programs 
  • Develop and review training policy and guideline 

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources 
  • At least 7 years of in Learning & Development. Regional experience will be an advantage 
  • Proven track record of program design & delivery 
  • Excellent customer orientated mindset with good coaching and consulting skills 
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills 
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
