My client is a multinational medical company with global presence and distributes an extensive portfolio of medical products. They are currently looking for a Regional L&D Manager to plan, develop, and deliver the L&D programs in Asia to achieve the business goal.
Responsible for full range of learning and development activities across Asia to align with business goal
Work closely with business heads to identify their training needs
Develop and deliver training programs through different learning channels
Review and analysis the effectiveness of training programs
Develop and review training policy and guideline
Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources
At least 7 years of in Learning & Development. Regional experience will be an advantage
Proven track record of program design & delivery
Excellent customer orientated mindset with good coaching and consulting skills
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
