About our Client Our client is a leading European luxury menswear brand with a proven track record of success and a strong presence across Asia. Due to recent expansions, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as the Regional HR Manager.
About the Role As the Regional HR Manager, you will report directly to the HR Director while leading a small team of 4 to 5. You will lead and manage the HR function for the region encompassing Hong Kong and China. As a true business partner, you will provide extensive 'hands-on' support to the business in all areas relating to HR. You will be required to design, develop and implement sound HR strategies, policies and programs in alignment to business objectives. In addition, you will maintain up to date market trends and knowledge while applying best market practice based on company needs.
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in HR Management or relevant discipline is preferred
A minimum 6 - 8 years of solid HR management experienced gained from the Retail sector with China exposure will be an advantage
Have hands-on team leading experience
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
