Our client is an international insurance firm with an extensive network in the region. Recent growth across the business has created an opportunity for a receptionist role to join their regional headquarters in Hong Kong.
About the Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage the front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is a very important role as you will be the first point of contact for our client. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, greeting people who visit the business, co-ordinating front-desk activities including distributing correspondence, re-directing phone calls and taking messages.
About the Person
Bachelor degree holder is preferred
Minimum 3 years of administration / receptionist work
Excellent English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Presentable, pleasant personality and able to work independently
Good PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel
5-days work week and attractive bonus are on offer

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
