To cope with their expansion plan, they are looking for a high calibre Product Specialist to join the Hong Kong team.
About the Role Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a hands-on role. You will provide sales and marketing support in order to achieve business targets. You will develop new accounts and maintain good relationship with existing key accounts. It is important that you regularly visit the key accounts and conduct product training and demonstration to the promoters. You are also expected to assist any ad hoc assignment when required.
About the Candidate
Degree holder with at least 3 years of key account / channel management experience in industrial or consumer goods industry
Solid experience in conducting training and demonstration to different channels are highly preferred
Independent, outgoing and self-disciplined
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficient in English and Chinese

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
