辦公室助理 Office Assistant / 文員 Clerk / 打字員 Data Entry / 會計文員 Accounts Clerk

文員 Clerk
 
- Help with administration work

- Follow up purchasing and arrange deliveries

- Customer service follow up

- Outdoor work required

打字員 Data Entry :

- Typing and enter data

- Work closely with Accounts Department

- Arrange schedules and confirm appointments

會計文員 Accounts Clerk :

- Full set of Accounts

- Management Reports

- Bank Reconciliation

辦公室助理 Office Assistant:

- Help sifu in moving appliances , furniture, cleaning apartments, outdoor work.

Requirements:

F. 5 and above with 3 years working experiences.
