To coordinate and control the day to day operations involved in direct sourcing of products globally, including quotations, sample, packaging, order follow up, shipment on time and adherence to the critical path
Organize sourcing trips for overseas buyers
Monitor testing of products with technical team to meet company requirement
Manage supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance
Other Requirements include:
Tertiary education required or equivalent
a min. 2 years of sourcing experience, preferably in trading / buying offices
Experience in handling hardgoods is a PLUS
Hands-on experience with QA topics and packaging follow-up highly advantageous
Good command of spoken & written English and conversational Mandarin is essential
A good team player with strong communication skills
Knowledge of EU market is an advantage

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
