About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a hands on role. You will responsible for planning and implementing offline and online marketing strategies to captivate PRC shoppers through leveraging current social media channels such as WeChat and Weibo for audience outreach. You will take lead in driving marketing campaigns to promote store and web traffic as well as managing local KOLs and influencers to meet business objectives. Lastly, you will lead and manage the planning, tracking and evaluating digital marketing resource supply and continuously drive for channel optimization and marketing efficiency improvement.
Bachelors degree preferred in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, advertising or journalism
9+ years of experience in retail marketing, channel marketing, B2C marketing or digital marketing
Strong understanding of the local market and opportunities for growth in communications and digital
Good understanding about what content works best for which channel, what content helps sales teams; keen eye for design
Superior organization and people skills with the ability to be flexible, set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace with a proven history of managing concurrent projects with competing timelines
Exceptional organisation, writing and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
