Job Description

Our client is a PRC based Financial group listed in Hong Kong. Currently she is looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position:

Managing Director



Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the business and function of Securities and Futures brokerage, Institutional Sales, Asset Management, Dealing and Customer Services etc.
  • Develop and monitor the securities and futures platform
  • Explore and develop business opportunities and client base
  • Support top management on implementing business strategies and marketing activities
  • Identify potential investment opportunities and develop strategies
  • Perform RO functions in compliance with statutory regulations and requirements




Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 8-10 years' relevant experience in financial industry
  • Current license holder of SFC RA Type 1, 2, 4 Responsible Officer
  • Sound knowledge of securities and futures markets in Hong Kong and PRC
  • Solid understanding of SFC regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong client network and business sense
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and problem solving abilities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
