Job Summary:

A client is currently seeking a high caliber candidate for the following position:

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Handle a full range of statutory compliance and corporate governance matters

• Provide legal and compliance advice and solution to other business units

• Draft and review business contracts, agreements and other documentations

• Review and update policies and procedures in compliance with statutory rules and regulations

• Handle operation manuals for RA1, 2, 4, 9, equity capital market and corporate finance

• Keep the regulatory developments and give advice to the management

• Liaise with internal and external parties for all legal and compliance related matters

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law or relevant disciplines

• At least 5-8 years relevant experience in legal and compliance in securities firms or financial institutions

• Familiar with Company Ordinance, SFC & HKEX rules and regulations

• Good communication, interpersonal and supervision experience

• Independent, competent, responsible and able to work under pressure

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
