My client is a US based Asset Fund Management company with offices in more than 20 cities. They provide the wide range of products and services ranges to the individual, financial and institutions clients around the world.
Currently, they are looking for an IT Support to join their Hong Kong Team.
Manage day-to-day IT support to internal clients
Provide training of Front Office IT systems and IS applications to the new comers
Main contact point on all IT Infrastructure and IS Applications related matters
Maintain and documentation for inventory of hardware, software and maintenance contracts
Represent local IT in business owned projects
Proactively to understanding, current business process and recommend IT solutions
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Projects owner of leading application, infrastructure and business resources utilizing the proper framework.
Occasionally provide support on the weekend is required
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related
1 - 3 years IT support experiences or related
Strong customer service or customer support skills
Excellent communication skills are required
Good command of written and spoken English
Outgoing and able to work independently

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
